What are your areas of experience?
I have experiences working with children and adolescents facing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I also support youth who have experienced trauma, or significant life transitions, helping them build resilience and coping strategies.
What are your clinical interests?
My clinical interests focus on working with children and adolescents to address emotional and behavioral challenges, strengthen family relationships, and build resilience. I enjoy using creative and developmentally appropriate interventions to support growth and healing.
How would you describe your therapeutic approach?
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client centered; I believe in working together to figure out what matters to you, your strengths, and how to build from there.
I also use a strength-based approach, believing in the capacity for growth, healing, and change.
As a multicultural clinician, I honor the unique identities and lived experiences each individual brings into the room. My aim is to cultivate a safe, inclusive space where you can show up as your authentic self.
Are there any specialized trainings or treatment models that you frequently incorporate?
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person centered, strength based, trauma informed.
What are your hobbies?
My free time is spent mostly with my daughter, I enjoy letting out my inner child and having fun with her. I enjoy traveling and going on new adventures. I love to read!
