I see therapy as a partnership built on trust and connection. My focus is on helping each client discover and use their strengths to overcome challenges and grow. Together, we work toward not just healing, but thriving—finding ways to live with greater resilience, confidence, and fulfillment.

What are your hobbies?
In my free time, I enjoy weight-lifting, running, taking my puppy for walks, yoga, hiking, and recently trying new things like tennis and golfing.
Mental Health advocacy holds a special place near my heart. I personally struggle with anxiety, as well as seeing loved ones struggle, from several family members dying by suicide to struggling with schizophrenia and depression.
