What are your areas of experience?
I specialize in helping clients process and heal from trauma using EMDR and trauma-informed approaches. I am experienced in working with adults as they manage symptoms and navigate major life changes. I am experienced in supporting children and their families through emotional and behavioral challenges.

I am deeply interested in helping individuals process and recover from trauma.
How would you describe your therapeutic approach?
My therapeutic approach is client centered, compassionate and trauma informed. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard, respected and empowered. Whether I am working with a child, teen or adult, I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and fostering resilience, insight and lasting change. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, manage difficult emotions and move forward with greater confidence and clarity. I also offer gender affirming therapy.
Are there any specialized trainings or treatment models that you frequently incorporate?
I draw from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT and EMDR to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. Certified in Theraplay Model.
What are your hobbies?
I am a mother and love to spend time with my partner and four children. Being a parent and working on raising my children to be kind, resilient, and passionate people is what I am most proud of. I am an avid runner and love to be outside at all times. I draw strength from nature and am happiest hiking or running in the woods.
