What are your clinical interests?
Anything community-based is my jam! I also love the mental health field, systems, advocacy work, individual, and group support.

How would you describe your therapeutic approach?
Strengths-Based and Empowerment Practice all day long! Every person comes to the table with such a unique and incredible set of skills, capabilities, and qualities. My job is simply to provide them the support and guidance to grow and strengthen them with the tool set to get there!

Are there any specialized trainings or treatment models that you frequently incorporate?
Trauma-Informed Care is by far my favorite treatment model, especially in this work. Generational trauma, individual experiences, and the risk of re-traumatization affect people on multiple, complex, and interwoven levels. My goal is to foster a space where people can process their experiences and reclaim their narratives.

What are your hobbies?
In my free time, I love to spend time with my partner, my family, and any hobbies your grandma probably enjoyed.
