What are your areas of experience?

What are your clinical interests?
My clinical interests include Narrative Therapy and CBT. I enjoy helping people look at challenges in new ways, discover their strengths, and create positive challenges in their lives.
How would you describe your therapeutic approach?
My approach is collaborative and supportive. I combine CBT, which helps clients notice and reframe unhelpful thoughts, with Narrative Therapy, which focuses on exploring personal stories and highlighting strengths. Together, this helps clients create new perspectives and feel more in control of their journey.

What are your hobbies?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time reading, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, and crocheting. These hobbies give me a chance to relax, be creative, and recharge.
