What are your clinical interests?
My clinical interests include a Strengths Based Perspective and providing Motivational Interviewing. Both approaches help clients to identify their strengths and what they want.

I'm passionate about mental health stigma reduction and educating people in the community when I can. I've served as our team's NAMI Walks Captain since 2019, helping raise funds for mental health awareness, education, and support for our QC Community.

How would you describe your therapeutic approach?
I always aim to meet my clients where they're at. We work in partnership on their goals, whether that's identifying resources in the community or finding the best workplace for them. My approach is supportive of what the client wants, while also challenging them.

Are there any specialized trainings or treatment models that you frequently incorporate?

What are your hobbies?
I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love exploring new local coffee shops. I'm an avid television and movie watcher. You can bet Taylor Swift is always on my 'recently listened to' playlists. Painting and building Legos are some of my favorite hobbies. I'm on the board of my kids' school Booster Club.
