ALYSSA ALBERTI, MSW, QMHP
Youth Therapist

- MORE ABOUT ALYSSA -

What are your areas of experience?
I have experience supporting both adults and youth within community mental health and crisis intervention.

What are your clinical interests?
I work with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship dynamics, self-esteem, and more.

How would you describe your therapeutic approach?
I offer a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to therapy. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where all clients feel heard, respected, and in control of their therapy journey. I recognize how past experiences, especially those involving trauma, can shape the way we relate to ourselves, others, and the world. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth, compassion, and curiosity as you explore what feels important.

Are there any specialized trainings or treatment models that you frequently incorporate?
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), strengths-based, person-centered, trauma informed. Certified in Theraplay Model.

What are your hobbies?
In my free time, you’ll usually find me with my partner, our dog Daisy, and our cat Ren. We love spending weekends traveling to visit family and friends who are close to our hearts. I also cherish slower days at home - doing Pilates, recharging, and catching up on my favorite TV shows.
